Great tunes.... forever evolving! This is a far-cry from The Anonymous Five and "Baby, it's you". I enjoy the tunes- kinda has a southern rock blend, toss in the soul of Muddy Waters and served hot with a dash of..... funk? Whatever it's called, I dig it!

It's a stormy night in Texas man, and the blues are on my trail. Dig that stuff.

1-tricky beat--i think congas included
2--the intro broke into a reggae feel--but quicker than the standard fare--cause
3--the singer was not from jamaica but from california--who relocated all over the south and mentioned marshall tucker--and sounded like one of the late caldwell bros
4--nice words --a travel/musical log--very special song guys--thanks for it

Reminds me a lot of the old-school rock and r+B from the 60's and 70's.
Actually reminds me of a band called "The Band" -with Robbie Robertson.
Nice fat sound with the bass and keyboards giving a solid bottom and full sound.
Performances by the musicians is totally proffessional -obviously these guys / girls are seasoned players -no slouches here.
Since I am a guitarist I have to meke special mention of you git player - nice riffs dude!!
Jazz / rock playing at it's finest.
Production is top notch -radio ready.
Vocals /lyrics set a nice mood, kinda of a laid back summertime song-kick back have a cold one and chill out.
Good luck.
